Col. Steve Bowman, Ph.D., USA (Ret.) who served as the final Deputy Commander of the U.S. Army Berlin Brigade and was the Director of the U.S. Army Military History Institute at Carlisle Barracks, PA

Col. Bowman is still a resident of Berlin and has served on the Board of Advisors to the Allied Museum in Berlin for nine years. Col. Bowman is working with Cristy and Ray on their Let Freedom Ring! WWII and Cold War Commemorative Tour to Berlin, Dresden and Prague. Col. Bowman worked with our team in 1999 on our history-making WWII Commemorative Tour for the 28 th Infantry Regiment. The tour was videotaped by a professional crew and is expected to be broadcast on Public Television in 2001.
