Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of $300 per person. Final payment must be made by June 4, 2007.
Included in the cost of the tour: Round trip transatlantic airfare from Philadelphia (low cost connecting air from other cities available), lodging, events as indicated, meals as indicated, ground transportation, all tips to hotel and restaurant staffs as per itinerary, and porterage of one bag per person. Price is based on two persons sharing a room with private bath or shower. Single rooms are available at additional cost.
Not included in the cost of the tour: Passport fees (applications are available from your local Post Office) - U.S. Departure taxes, U.S. Customs and Immigration Fees, airline fuel charges total can be approximately $250 additional, laundry, telephone calls, drinks (except as indicated), mineral waters and after dinner coffee or tea (except as indicated), taxi, trolley or subway fares, meals not included in the itinerary, items from hotel room mini bars, sightseeing services and other items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, items of a personal nature and excess baggage charges.
It is recommended: that tour members bring an additional $750 per person for shopping, extra meals, drinks, etc. (tips to motorcoach driver and guides extra - see Tips and Taxes below) Restaurants where a good meal can be found for $20 per person including tax and tip, or less will be recommended. Master Card and Visa are widely accepted. American Express is also accepted, but not at every location.
Historic Tours Inc./Tour Center: are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings or personal injury, accidents, and/or illness. For your protection it is important that you have or purchase adequate insurance to cover these eventualities once your deposit is received, Tour Center will mail you information on insurance. Baggage is at Owners Risk throughout the tour.
Travel Documents: Tour members must be in possession of a passport valid beyond the anticipated date of return home. Carrying passport is the responsibility of the tour member.
Possible Changes In the Itinerary: Conditions may change between the time a service or facility is selected and the time of travel over which we have no control. Historic Tours/Tour Center, Inc. or its agents reserve the right to substitute hotels of a similar category or other services and to alter the itinerary to conform to local conditions and local government arrangements.
Possible Changes in Air and Land Costs: Prices are based on foreign exchange rates at the time of printing of this itinerary and are subject to change. Price is based on a minimum of 30 paying tour members.
Deviations: Any deviations will be to the account of the individual. The cost of this tour is based on group participation and the cost of unused meals or services cannot be computed or refunded. Food and beverages not on regular menus, as well as wines and liquor stocked in hotel room mini bars are to the account of the individual.
Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund, less a $100 per person administrative fee is guaranteed for all cancellations received prior to June 4, 2007. Cancellations must be made in writing: verbal cancellations, whether in person or by telephone, are not valid. For cancellations received on or after June 4, 2007, cancellation charges will reflect any cancellation penalties incurred by Historic Tours/Tour Center, Inc. from airlines, hotels, restaurants, ground operators, and other suppliers involved. In the event that both Bill Guarnere and Babe Heffron cannot travel on the tour, a $500 refund will be given to each paying tour member. In the event that one of them does not travel, there will be no refund.
Insurance: Personal, Accident and Baggage Insurance are strongly recommended. Tour Center will furnish insurance applications at the time of booking.
Tips and Taxes: The tour price includes European service charges and taxes as posted by the hotels or local governments and porterage of one bag per person. All tips to hotel
staffs, and restaurant staffs as per itinerary are included. Tour members are asked to tip the standard European amount of $5.00 per person, per day for the Tour Director and $5.00 per person, per day to the Bus Driver

Credit Card: Payment by credit card cannot be accepted.

Terms and Conditions: Responsibility: Historic Tours/Tour Center, Inc. act only as agents in providing all services in connection with its tours. It can not assume any responsibility for any injury, death, damage, or loss due to delays, mechanical defects, or failure of any nature of aircraft, trains, motorcoaches, vessels, or any other means of conveyance or accommodations or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government, or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars (whether declared or not), hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or procedures, defaults, delays, or cancellations, or changes beyond the control of Historic Tours/Tour Center, Inc. for any loss or damage resulting from improperly issued passports, visas, travel documents, and that neither Historic Tours/Tour Center, Inc. nor any of their affiliates shall become liable for any additional expenses or liability sustained or incurred by a tour member as a result of the foregoing causes. The passenger contract in use by the airline concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the purchaser of the tour and/or the passenger and the carrier. The right is reserved, should circumstances warrant it, to alter the itinerary or the sequence of places visited. Additional cost or savings resulting from such changes shall be passed on to the passenger. The right is reserved to substitute hotels for hotels of a similar category. The operator reserves the right, at their discretion, to decline to accept, to retain, or to cancel any member of the tour at any time or place or to cancel a trip if circumstances so demand. If an entire trip is canceled by the tour operator for any reason whatsoever, all partial and/or full payments made will be refunded in full without any further obligation on their part. The schedules used in the operation of the tour are subject to change without notice. If any member of the tour does not utilize any portion of the air transportation provided at any time, for any reason whatsoever, additional cost of substitute transportation shall be borne by the passenger. Payment of the required deposit or any partial or full payment for reservations shall constitute consent to all the provisions in the General Information and Terms and Conditions list.
