During the tour season, Cristy and Ray reside in the Omaha Beach Sector of Normandy, France and during the off season they reside in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. They are the only American Tour Directors who actually live in Normandy and they live the history daily. However, although they reside six months of the year in Normandy, they also personally guide their tour members in Paris, the Battle of the Bulge areas of Belgium and Luxembourg and Germany. THEY DO NOT HIRE LOCAL EUROPEAN GUIDES WHO KNOW soldiersLITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE OF AMERICANS IN WWII AND THE COLD WAR.

See our Current Tours page for details or Make a Reservation now!
If you are interested in a day tour while visiting Normandy from now through mid-October, contact Ray to see if he is available. Contact our Normandy office by e-mail to arrange for guided tours of the Normandy region for individuals and for small groups. See our page on 1 day and multiple Private Tours of the D-Day Beaches for further information.

Why select Historic Tours as your tour service? Ray and Cristy personally guide you and have been recognized by the many prestigious organizations which have sponsored and endorsed our tours over the past 25 years. Click here to read more.
